Teleworking Legal Framework in Mauritius (ILAW, 2023)
This project analysed existing telework legislation using legal critique and empirical practitioner input (trade unionists, HR managers, labour lawyers). It identifies regulatory gaps and recommends targeted reforms.

Trade Union Unity (ILO-sponsored, 2019)
A study assessing the state of trade unionism and the case for unity of action. The report argues that unity is a strategic necessity for protecting wages and collective bargaining rights in the face of globalisation, and provides a roadmap for constructive collaboration.
Teenage Pregnancy in Rodrigues (2006)
A synthesis of antecedents, impacts and interventions required to build an inclusive society and better youth outcomes. Full report available on request.

Leadership Competencies for Small and Medium Businesses
Mauritian SMEs face a unique set of leadership challenges that demand adaptability and foresight. This project explored the foundational competencies required to guide these businesses toward sustainable excellence. It identified the mindsets, workplace cultures, and development pathways that foster resilient leadership. Drawing from the mapping of SMEs at various life-cycle stages, the study proposes a structured framework of “core” and “ancillary” competencies to strengthen capability-building and future readiness.
